Scotty Sanders has been leading organizations for 35 years, initially founding and serving as CEO for a multi-million dollar business and then spending 20 years serving in executive and administrative pastor roles for two mega-churches. His expertise includes most aspects of church life, leadership development, strategic planning, creating an environment of excellence, building a volunteer base, and mobilizing people for evangelism and stewardship.

Scotty is the founder of Church Catalyst, a non-profit organization that has worked with thousands of pastors and churches nationally and internationally. He is the creator of “Who Is Your ONE?” providing training resources to over 10,000 churches and reaching over 200,000 people with the Gospel.

The author of four books, Scotty has also written countless articles, and spoken to audiences worldwide.

Scotty and his wife Cindy have been married for over forty years and reside in Flower Mound, Texas. They are blessed with two children and four beautiful granddaughters.

Kevin Cottrell has over twenty years of Pastoral leadership experience having served in Senior Pastor, Senior Associate (XP) Pastor, and Missions Pastor positions.  Kevin has implemented, expanded, and led strategic mission strategies in large churches.  Kevin has led a large number of short-term missions teams around the world, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, training Pastors, and helping plant churches.  Kevin has a great desire to help churches build and implement strategic mission strategies to reach the world for Christ.

Kevin earned a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  

Kevin and his wife Sharon have been married for thirty-three years.  They have four children and two grandchildren.

Jenny LoBello is an experienced communications consultant who has worked with churches for over 15 years. She helps churches communicate effectively with their members and the wider community. Jenny knows how to use different tools like websites, social media, and printed materials to get messages across.

Jenny understands the unique challenges that churches face and knows how to create plans that match their values and goals. She has helped churches with day-to-day communications, event planning and even capital campaign needs. With Jenny’s help, you can take your church communication to the next level.

Bill is a trusted advisor to many church leaders throughout the U.S. in stewardship and generosity. Over the past 20 years Bill has worked with hundreds of churches to raise over 1.5 billion dollars for ministry projects.

Bill is a gifted leader, strategist, and inspiring communicator. He connects with church leaders and staff to create a stewardship process that fits the church’s vision and mission. The result is growth in ministry and a vibrant generosity culture.

Bill also works with other faith-based non-profits in donor and organizational development, and staff alignment. He co-authored the book “The Ministry Of Giving” with Joel Mikell and Kimberly Stewart. “The Ministry Of Giving” has helped many churches effectively disciple their Financial Leaders outside of a campaign process.

A resident of McKinney, Texas, Bill and his wife Denise have four children and seven incredible grandchildren. He is an active partner at The Parks Church in McKinney.

Lisa Rowland brings over 21 years of Children’s Ministry experience to our Life Catalyst team. She has served in a congregation that was over 4000+ people, started a Children’s Ministry from the ground up in a plant church and has helped grow a congregation exponentially by 200% in her most recent ministry position. She is passionate about helping other ministers identify areas of opportunity, set up a game plan and thrive in their current environments. Lisa’s enthusiasm and excitement is contagious.

In her free time Lisa loves reading, crafting and writing curriculum. She has written her very own unique VBS curriculum for over 9 years, developed a character curriculum to be used in overseas missions and spoken at women’s conferences and retreats. 

Lisa and her husband Ken have been married for over 30 years and they have one adult daughter, Amber Rowland. 

Kyle J. While Kyle is known for what he does and the brand of Unleash the Champ and it drives all he does however Kyle is incredibly grateful to have titles of Husband & Father! Kyle says often that his family is the most important group he gets to influence. Together with his wife of almost 10 year, Ginger, and their two kiddos under the age of 3 1/2 keep their life fun and exciting!
